Excellent agents, Sherko and Daisey answered all the questions very clearly that enabled the process to complete in weeks. Not much trouble. Polite and courteous at all times . Have no doubts about using this estate agent, you will not be disappointed.

Exorbitant fees and very unfair. We have asked to surrender our tenancy, and we vacated the property two weeks earlier that our contract termination date. We found the new tenants through Spareroom and they moved in the property two days later. They asked us to pay an early termination fee of 354 pounds (with VAT) for these two weeks and for the fact that we did their job again finding tenants, the agent not even attending the viewing.
