Very disrespectful! If you need to ask anything to the landlord prior to moving in, don't bother as they won't contact the landlord and will rent it to someone else within a day BUT they will tell you that they were trying to get hold of the landlord! I tried a few agents and found the usuall, false promise loads of buyers, etc. I found that they were all liars, so I tried Park Gate Your Move, and was good.
