Nightmare as a tenant. Got along well with the Landlord but even he wanted to change agences. Louise has been incompetent, petty and slow.

Having left our tenancy which was managed by Hastings International, I can confirm that I've never had such a bad experience wtih an Estate Agent. The fee's for this agent are well above all other agents that I have been with before. They like to add on as much as they can to the per person fees to make a tidy profit, most notably the fee for tenant references at £60pp.

Unprofessional. Non reliable. I strongly advise you to not rent through Hastings. The management office has some of the worst service I've ever experienced, and I've rented through around 7-8 agents in London.
