I had the worst experience with this agency, When I visited the property before completion the boiler didn't worked and I have asked to be repaired. On the completion day they didn't bothered to handle the keys at the house address, so they handled me at their office only 1 key for the whole house and when I have arrived at the property the boiler didn't worked and a I have a small child. 2 weeks after my move no one has come to repair the boiler and give me the rest of the keys. Absolutely disgusting, after they sold the property they didn't care anymore. I have deal with Saurav and Paula. I don't recommend it

Nov 9, 2020Good Afternoon Cosmin, We are really sorry to hear about your experience. I have tried to call you today to discuss the experience you had and what we could have done to have made it a easier process. It is always difficult when there are multiple decision makers involved in attempting to resolve issues prior to moving in. We did arrange for a gas engineer to attend the property before you completed and he had confirmed the boiler was working at this point. It is really frustrating to hear that the boiler had another fault that we was not aware of until you moved in. We would be keen to help and point you in the right direction to try and get this sorted, if not already rectified. With regards to the keys, we followed our usual procedures and handed over all keys within Elevations possession. We will chase up with the intermediary with regards to the balance of keys but would like to know if this has been sorted prior to this message. It is our standard procedure for new homes owners to collect keys from our office and to sign for them and to show ID before handing over keys. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
