wanted to buy a house through the Matlock branch but they missed me around endlessly and I see it eventually sold for far below my best offer, making me wonder if my offer was even put forward or if there was some nepotism going on behind the scenes. My own sale therefore fell through and I missed out on my dream home. I was dealt with as if I was an inconvenience, still have the terse emails with one-word replies to queries and calls not returned. So now friends in the area wish to relocate and I'm advising them to avoid these unprofessional agents as they clearly think their vendors don't deserve to know about the best offers on the table. Terrible experience.
