I don’t normally leave reviews. I’ve thought to do it on this particular occasion as Dan went above and beyond in the house sale of my father in law (FIL). My FIL was struggling to leave the home which he saw as being very much a part of his late wife. He knew he couldn’t live there due to the stairs and his series of strokes and mobility. The compassion and empathy and care Dan showed him and the time he took meant that not only achieved arranging a sale but the personal service meant so much to my FIL who felt engaged, involved, ready and now able. There was the complication of our involvement with power of attorney and viewings but nothing was ever too much trouble Dan who always went above and beyond to assist and find a solution. This wasn’t a high value sale fees but that wasn’t a factor clearly as he felt so valued. In a busy commercial world we found an estate agent in Dan who had the caring kindness of human compassion. We are so grateful.

Paul Carr were not our Estate Agents, but had multiple houses in the chain which we were in; therefore my review is directly for Lesley Harvey who was the sales progressor at Paul Carr.
Lesley was fantastic for the whole process; our sale took over 6 months to complete due to external factors outside of everyone's control, and had 6 individuals in the chain. To say it was a complicated chain with its ups and downs is an understatement. However, despite this Lesley acted as if she was a participant in the chain, understanding everyone's frustrations and doing her utmost to get the sale through, which it ultimately did.
Lesley was the perfect mediator between everyone in the chain, including estate agents, buyers/sellers and solicitors. Lesley is a credit to Paul Carr and I couldn't recommend her enough.

I am very happy with the service I received from Paul Carr Estate Agents ( Great Wyrley Office). |The property was priced and advertised realistically so that viewings were from people with a genuine interest. Extremely disappointed with Paul carr Estate agents in great Wyrley, having made an offer on a property, we waited and waited to be contacted regarding our offer, several days we still had no contact and I decided to check the property online that I had made an offer on only to discover it was under offer and stc, It would of been nice for somebody to at least of contacted me to keep me updated, even just to inform me that a higher offer had been made, I don't ever want to deal with this estate agent again after experience.

Cerris took over the purchase I was making at the start of this year and managed through to completion at the end of January. Bearing in mind the purchase had been ongoing for 6 months by that point, she had to show a lot of persistence to keep me sane mainly but also get things over the line. Nothing was too much trouble and almost 7 months after I had an offer accepted I finally got the keys to my first home just over 7 weeks ago! Thanks to Cerris and the rest of team at Great Wyrley for all of their help and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is looking to buy through them.
