After having our property on the market for over 1year With two other estate agents and no sale in sight . William Charles had just opened in our high street So we decided to try them . They had taken new professional photo's , which had a better perspective of our property than previous estate agents . We were so glad we did as soon as our property went live on their books and to our surprise we had an offer on the table at the end of the week .
