I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided. Amber in particular is the definition of a 'God send. 'The team were second to none, very professional and extremely helpful. Not once did I feel like my many phone calls were a problem nor did I feel like I was not a priority to them. Would definitely recommend ??

I was looking for a quick move to Harlow and told the Lettings team what I needed they found me a four bedroom house to rent very quickly and from start to finish the team were brilliant all the information was provided especially by a Team member Chloe Lorford-Page who gave me lots of information to help set up bills including my home insurance and always came back to me very quickly to any questions I had And returning my calls and emails every time. The team were very professional. Amber spoke to my landlord directly to help me get the property as quick as possible.

We engaged William H Brown to arrange the sale of our house. Very happy with their approach to valuation and marketing. The initial set of photos etc by their appointed photographer was not satisfactory but this was soon remedied after discussion with Rachel Robertson and the details subsequently presented online were perfect. The sale of the property at the asking price was agreed on the first day. The suggested solicitors were not good and eventually needed to be replaced by an alternative team that performed well. WHB were good but perhaps need to be vigilant on the service provided by others they recommend. Rachel was friendly, very professional and competent and sorted out all of the issues and we have no hesitation in recommending her and WHB.

I assigned WH Brown to sell my flat in Harlow and I would not recommend it to anyone. I could never get ahold of the estate agent dealing with my case. I as very impressed with William H Browns service. I bought a house through them and promptly asked them to find me a tenant after I renovated it. Scott came to my home, was very engaging, gave clear precise costings, explained the process. Gave very accurate valuation of my property hence the very quick sale.
Scott kept in contact with me throughout the process even out of hours and on his days off. Even sent me
relevant property information regarding new properties to buy.
Rachel and Spencer viewed my home to buyers. They were always polite, upbeat and worked all the viewings around me.
