Reading brunch! So agent assume that previous tenants did not know how to use central heating (well as he), so is fair to not maintenance it (just switch it on) and be sure that property is in right condition for tenants and landlord. As he said I’m not engineer. He inform us that everything is fine it’s just tenants can’t set it. People who live in that flat before was an older couple with poor English so they betrayed their trust. Now we 3th months during winter without help from them carrying the radiator from room to room. Unprofessional low quality sad stain on company opinion. In contract you got duty to maintenance the garden and take responsibility for all equipment which they do not check. Literally guy talk so blunt that in any other case. I’ll believe it’s a scam.
