Despite personally not always having a positive experience with the company over the years , generally most staff I have interacted with are hard working and fair.
Although I believe there may be better property letting companies out there, I would still recommend using Orchard and Shipman as a solid option. Certain staff members who are very hard working, have recently begun to be a more open to potential new ways of working and communication which is helping, and are showing a bit more flexibility which makes things a lot easier. Early on in my experience the company tended not to listen as much and sometime lacked common sense on certain things due to over focus on process.
