I recently had a change of tenants. Everything went very smoothly. From tenants moving out, preparing the flat for new tenants to new tenants moving in. And Evita Hussey for keeping us updated at all times, and finding new tenants very quickly, so we were able to have new tenants in with only a 2 week turnaround.

Having originally met up with Lisa Swinnerton she assessed my flat for rental and i found her very professional and very knowledgable and she put me on the right track, explaining about some upgrades / modifications i needed to make to the property to bring it in line with current regulations.
Having taken her advice and made the necessary changes Lisa then advised me of the current market rental values and despite a slight blip part way through marketing my flat, where there was a suggestion of reducing the rental cost, the Paul Carr team ultimately managed to get the original agreed monthly rent of £625 which i was very satisfied with.
Communication throughout the process with the whole of the Paul Carr team has been excellent, whether that be by phone or email.
They have continually kept me up to date with ongoing viewings and feedback from potential clients without me having to chase them which was much appreciated.
Highly recommend them as an agent to use for rentals / sales / purchases.

I would like to say how amazing Evita Hussey has been throughout my recent search for a new tenant. She went out of her way, and went the extra mile, to give a really personal, customer-focused experience.
As an overseas landlord, who had to then relocate to a third country, it has been challenging to deal with my property. Evita went out of her way to make sure she communicated clearly. She was so helpful in ensuring that the best possible tenant could be found. When things needed to be discussed in detail she called me in Asia to talk through the options. She really was great. I found the whole team the Four Oaks branch were very helpful and great at communicating.

Really cant knock Paul Carr and especially Evita Hussey from the four oaks branch. Turns out I had a CCJ that I knew nothing about, which would have 100% meant not securing the property id been holding out for , for the last two years. Really cant knock Paul Carr and especially Evita Hussey from the four oaks branch. Turns out I had a CCJ that I knew nothing about, which would have 100% meant not securing the property id been holding out for , for the last two years.
Evita went above and beyond to liaise with the landlord requesting that I be given the opportunity to pay 6months up front and every month after that. This was agreed and I am now in my new home. Thanks Evita
