From the very outset the service provided by Online Property Auctions Scotland, and Ekoe Amouzou in particular, has been second to none. Ekoe worked hard to ensure a viewing could be arranged at a convenient time. Once the decision was made we were serious about a purchase then Ekoe did all he could to negotiate a deal, often working well outside of normal office hours. We were totally delighted that within forty eight hours of viewing an agreement with the vendor had been reached. We really couldn't have asked for a better service, and one conducted in such an open and pleasant manner, than that provided by Ekoe and Online Property Auctions Scotland. Our heartfelt thanks.

I bought my first property through Online Property Auction, they were referred to me by my Solicitor so i agreed to speak to them, because until this time i always thought that we should stay away from auction properties as you can hit with any surprise. But with George it was completely different, he was really nice and cooperative and their whole team was very professional from start to finish. I have now bought 2 properties through them and also sold 1. I would highly recommend them.

What can I say...
We were contacted by Rebecca about our property. She was handling the sale of the neighbouring property, and she had noticed we had started refurbishment on ours. We were already considering selling, and Rebecca offered to come take a look. That same afternoon she collected the keys, photographed, and valued it. 24 hours later, it was sold, for the price we wanted.
It really doesn't get any easier than this!

I have dealt with George at online property auctions Scotland on a number of occasions. Very easy to do business with and a straight talker.
