Felt nurtured and secure as FTB with Sunjay Chauhan and his team.
I will be honest, we had a few Mortgage advisor meetings with other people, but NO ONE gave us service, knowledge, education and sense of security as Sunjay. Meetings were constructed, no watering down, very honest, transparent. We have been told about all costs buying our first house, all hidden costs and stages of progression and estimated timeline.
I believe first time buyers experiencing loads of stress from buying process, but Sunjay and his team made it hassle free, very easy to follow the process.
Sunjay been recommended to us by friends and now we are recommending him to others. I think this is already says about many things. High level of expertise in a field, easy going, patient as well as have a great sense of humour.
Thank you very much for your service and see you in 5 years for a re-mortgage.
