Where to start.. My offer has been accepted, but the agent would not take property off the market and they were still taking bookings for the viewings. Once an offer has been accepted, they will never call you, you would have to chase them. I was dealing with * and **. Both of them highly unprofessional, rude and Not trustworthy. Phone calls not returned, the person I was dealing with (*) was always on another call, meetings, early lunch, break... - absolutely dire communication. This has added even more stress to what is already a stressful experience. After a week of chasing them to take the property off the market I have decided to pull out. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants smooth house purchase, they cannot care less. Keep away from this company.

Sep 28, 2022Strike can't sell ** to a fly all they care about is upwelling, if you decline they become angry STAY AWAY FROM STRIKE they lie to sellers/buyers, they don't communicate they're actually professionals at giving you very little info and doing nothing for you they never call back they don't communicate over email they don't like leaving trails of lies behind, even professionals don't like to deal with them in the industry that's how greedy these lot are trying to hound you for sales, the names of all staff are made up, they are just hell bent on taking your money and doing nothing in return, even the 5 star ratings they have are not organic cuz they pester you for a review at different stages, the points to look out for are document verification & memorandum of sale all the problems occur here and you will notice problems occur much earlier once they find out your not gonna use their additional services which you have to pay double the price for and they still give you a sub zero service
