Breckon and Breckon (Oxford) took over as managing agents for the Paradise Heights development in Oxford just over a year ago, in April 2020. I am writing on behalf of all of the Directors of the Paradise Heights Management Company. We have been very satisfied with the service that has been received in the past year. The Breckon and Breckon staff have been courteous, helpful, and effective in dealing with the affairs of the development. Their handling of the finances and financial reporting has been exemplary; the system of reporting and information via the dedicated portal has worked effectively; routine maintenance issues have been addressed promptly and efficiently; despite the pandemic, progress has already been made on a backlog of long term maintenance that had not been tackled by previous agents; and they have been responsive to, and engaged with, the Directors in regular meetings.
