Certainly the best estate agents I've used over the last 40 years. Staff were honest. They were realistic. They worked very hard during a pretty complex set of deals. They listened and responded to suggestions. They were always polite, courteous, good humoured, appropriately optimistic. I got the asking price, which was sensibly set in a very volatile market.

We purchased a property through stags and the service and treatment i received was second to none, the service and communication i received from Nikki was outstanding it was as though i sold my own property with them. I have to mention Lynne because if Nikki was unavailable Lynne was always willing to help. Overall we had an outstanding experience with Stags and would definitely recommend their services.

It's good to know that when selling a home, you feel confident, after all, it's a big step to make. A few days after making the decision to sell my property, it sold on the price that was proposed. I have no doubt that they are a great team. Happy to recommend highly.

Having got to the point of exchange only to be left down on 4 houses in 2 years we were debating whether to carry on with the house move journey! Brilliant experience buying a property in Polruan, Cornwall at the end of last year.
