Ideal Lettings Torpoint, let a property which did not have the adequate facilities as described in the advert and contract. The advert also did not disclose, which they knew about and so did the owner, that the property was on a pay meter for both gas and electric which is the highest tariff possible and very expensive to heat an old damp house. Issues were raised and they were filed. Unfortunately this company only works for the landlord / landlady and did not support the tenant. Worse letting company I have had to deal with by far who also knew the property was blacklisted and ruined my credit whilst there hence the rush to leave. I recommend taking and time stamping as many pictures as you can as they put good clean condition in every room where it's not and you then have a fight at the end for your deposit to be returned in full!! .They were quite rude once you have given notice to leave. Avoid
