Highly unprofessional, just because a property attracted a lot of interest, they started a blind auction on the rent price. We are kept unaware of what could be the offer price. This practice might seem right for a purchase but for a rental, it is very absurd. Why market a property at a lower rate and attract hordes of people and then make them battle it out on a blind auction? Highly unresponsive and very unprofessional communication.

Jun 15, 2021Dear Abhinav Chadha, I'm sorry that you didn't understand what was meant by us requesting full and final offers from all interested parties. I'm sorry that you didn't understand that you were not the first to view the property, yet you felt that it was your right to insist that we divulged all other offers to you, even after we had informed you that your offer was unsuccessful. I am sorry that you failed to appreciate that our staff did you the courtesy of contacting you on a Saturday to make you aware that your offer was unsuccessful, despite our office not being open. I am sorry that you felt that it was appropriate to swear down the telephone to our staff and that we were forced to blacklist you and request that you never call our office again, otherwise we would report your abusive behaviour to the Police. Threatening and abusive behaviour is a criminal offence and we will never tolerate it.
