I have to recommend Heather and Jason. Always polite and professional and they did everything to help through the sale of my apartment. They were always available to speak to and always got back. Even when Heather was off unwell she carried on working from home and pushing through my sale. They really did go over and beyond. I had immediate responses to queries and Heather steered the solicitors who could be a bit sleepy at times! Can’t recommend enough.

We recently bought a property through Northfields with Heather as our main point of contact. It was a very complex process that played out over several months, however Heather was excellent throughout. There was intense time pressure at the end to finalise the sale and Heather was on hand every step of the way (despite suffering with Covid!). It also has to be noted that Heather was very diligent and proactive with all the different parties involved to ultimately conclude a successful purchase. Our interaction with Jason and the rest of the team were also very helpful and would definitely recommend their services.

Fabulous staff who went the extra mile to sell my house and get the agreed asking price. Jason was professional, courteous and realistic when he valued my house and secured a fair price for it which I was happy with. Other estate agents came in with unrealistic valuations to try and get my business or suggested I slashed the price by nearly £80,000 to get a quick sale. He stayed in close contact for the duration of the time that my house was on the market. I particularly valued Northfields experience and expertise when it came to exchanging contracts and agreeing a date for completion. I was near the top of a very long chain and Heather went out of her way to reach out to all of buyers/sellers and their solicitors to unblock potential issues and keep things moving. She was absolutely amazing and really went the extra mile to stay on top of what was happening throughout the chain (the estate agents acting for my purchaser and the vendor of the property I was buying would ask Heather for updates as they weren't on top of what was happening.
All the staff at Northfields Pitshanger Branch were always, professional, courteous and helpful. I had a really positive experience from start to finish. Thank you!

We dealt with Heather and Jason in our recent purchase. They have been really prefssional, absolutely pleasure to work with. If were not for Heather being so flexible to arrange viewing next day for us, if were not for Jason recommended our position to seller, we would have missed out on this perfect house.
From viewing to putting down offer, all the way to completion, they have been really helpful, on top of everything, flexible with our requests on viewings, which has made the whole process speedy and stress-free. We got our keys last Thursday, 8 weeks from putting down offer! We couldn't have been happier.
Big thank you from us and thank you for your champagne! Perfect for our celebration!

We just sold our house in W13 through Northfields Estate Agents on Pitshanger Lane. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jason and Leah at Northfields. Jason's property valuation was spot on; the online photographs and the video, as well as the brochure were extremely high quality.
Leah managed to find buyers for our house before it was formally launched on the market! Leah followed up with the various parties involved in the sale at all stages of the transaction, keeping us updated at all times. Though it was not part of her job, Leah was also extremely helpful in liaising with a couple of local associated parties to help move the transaction along. Leah and Jason successfully managed to keep our stress levels down throughout the transaction. All in all, a fantastic experience.

Northfields Pitshanger Estate is one of the very best. Looking for property isn't easy, but thanks to Leah, who has been an absolute super star, has helped us found our dream house near Pitshanger.
Leah is very helpful and always goes extra mile for us. She's got really good knowledge in properties that guides our through the entire whole time. We worked with other many other estate agents who rang you up and simply wanted you to view any properties without caring if those ones were right for us or not. But Leah always seemed to know the what we were looking for and her recommendations were spot on :)

We had never been to Ealing but heard about the some neighbourhood over there and decided to have a look. We are so happy that we called Northfields first. Leah Verasammy understood our requirements carefully and send us by email a select number of properties based on our criteria. We reviewed them and was glad that she understood very well our needs as almost all of them very quite pertinent. Within that list, we did a premier selection and send back our selection. Within few hours, she organized the viewings for all but one (and that for the next day). The next day, we were received by Rohan Berry who was very prepared. He is very calm, poised and courteous human being. We felt that even the house sellers whose properties we visited appreciated working with him. He spent around 2 1/2 hours to show us the area, explain the advantages and disadvantages so that we can make a proper choice. The visits were well organized and smooth. The interaction was very pleasant. I can say that working with them you can make an informed decision with ease and pleasantness.

I have been researching Ealing properties since 2016 through Leah Verasammy before finally purchasing the one I did.
Northfields (Pitshanger Lane) provided me with excellent advice and a variety of properties that matched my requirements through Leah.
Leah in particular was the most valuable to me in finding the property that my and daughters and I liked due to Leahs' insight and excellent communication and professionalism. She was very patient in showing me several properties and going beyond her working hours.
Leah respectful and pleasant personality added an additional attraction to Northfields.
Following the initial step of buying the property Leahs' continued to follow up the process in great detail and communication was prompt more than one would expect.
She had played a great input in speeding up and finalising the process till completion and always offered to help out of her way.
My daughters and I were very pleased with Leahs' attitude, patience and honesty. She gave us the right advice reflecting her huge experience in real estate.
We have the plan to buy another flat in the same area and most definitely we will be coming back to Leah again for her most honest and experienced advice.

My family and I were looking for the perfect home and got in contact with Heather Davis. We believe she was specifically selected by God to help us as she was so wonderfully helpful, attentive and genuinely cared about placing us in our desired home. (Not just looking to make a quick buck!) Even so far as touching base with us whilst ill and out of office, to ensure things were going smoothly.
I would highly recommend all those buying/ selling to reach out to Northfield's Pitshanger, especially if the rest of the workforce are even half of Heather!!!

I have recently bought and sold through Northfields Estate agents in Pitshanger and they are simply the best Estate Agents in Ealing.
They are a small chain and everyone you deal with knows what they are doing and will arrange viewings with other branches seamlessly should it be required. I’m not sure I can speak highly enough of the way the staff at Northfields treated us from the beginning.
They provide multiple professionally taken photographs and not just those done by the estate agent on a visit. They also do a walkthrough video which really showcases your property to its best advantage.
The best thing about Northfields however is their professional sales staff. Jason, Leah and Heather have all acted brilliantly and always with clients interests as their focus. It would be fair to say our journey from putting our property on the market to exchange was neither easy or quick but they helped us through each step.
We had many stops and starts from getting buyers, losing them, not being able to find a property to then losing them. I am reasonably confident that had it not been for Leah In particular our sale and purchase may not have happened.
The service given by the Pitshanger Branch was just brilliant and I cannot recommend Northfields highly enough.

I would highly recommend Jason and the team at the Northfields Pittshanger office. The sale of my property was a tricky transaction for various reasons. Jason and his colleagues went above and beyond to find a new suitable letting property for the sitting long term residents and handled other complexities sensitively, ultimately getting the sale over the line to a fairly tight timescale.
