* are second to none at lying, cheating, conning and scamming people including both tenants, landlords and property vendors out of any money that they may be due. They are both as crooked as they come. ** is a very dishonest, untrusthworthy, disreputable, despicable, unscrupulous man who doesn't care about paying back any money to landlords and tenants that they are due. He will do his very best to avoid paying people any money that they are due including using solicitors and threatening to call police if you confront him face to face. He has no ethics, morals or integrity. He is the most despicable man that I have ever met. Please do not do any business with them and RAM Estate agents as they will scam you out of any money you are due whether you are a landlord, tenant or property vendor. You will bitterly regret doing any business with them whether you are a landlord, tenant or property vendor. There have been many months where we (landlords) have not received any rental income from them for properties which we have rented out. They were our previous letting agent. I would not recommend RAM Estates agent and ** to anyone. I have been told that they do have the means to pay me the missing rental income that myself and my father Dr Mohini Bhowmik are due but they are deliberately avoiding paying us. May * rot in hel
