Amazing from day one.
We have been with Barrett for 15 yrs. Sadly our landlord is selling so we have to move. Since the covid the estate agents as we knew them no longer exist after finding a place you' are pushed from one agency to another never speaking to the same person. Matt and Tracey and the team remain the same, Honest, They find the property, complete their checks, next handing over the keys. So smoothly. Thanks matt Tracey and the team ? Suzy H

We would highly recommend Barrett’s at Rayleigh. Matt and his team are absolutely brilliant, professional and so very friendly. We recently had a problem with the heating in the house we’re renting. At the time was very worrying with the colder months dawning and having a 22 month old baby, the response time from both the agent and landlord was super fast to get the issue resolved and fixed promptly. Matt himself even dropped off a heater to help warm up our house during the waiting time of the repair, which was literally only a couple of days. Myself and Scott can’t thank you Matt, your team and our fantastic landlord enough for looking after us! The duty of care to your tenants is outstanding! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
