We bought a flat via Aris in January and we were very happy with all the relevant information and service. Richard went over and above anything we dealt with from other agents while flat hunting elsewhere in Glasgow and he couldn't have been more helpful. (He even bought our newborn baby a load of gifts and a card when we picked up the keys). Communication was swift and the whole process was as smooth as could be.
No procedure set.
