Absolute cowboys. They are so unprofessional it's unbelievable. We rented through these scumbags for 2 years and they are useless to say the least. We had problems with damp because there wasn't adequate ventilation to the property, we were told to just clean it. They never visited the property once during our tenancy only once the landlord was selling and the vermin could smell a bit of commission, even then they couldn't even arrange viewings properly and didn't know the simplest of answers to relevant questions from the potential buyer. They tried to push viewings onto us with 5 hours notice which is illegal and would lie to try and make us agree, to which we didn't. We canceled viewings to which hunters didn't tell the viewers who turned up anyway and had a wasted journey after ringing our buzzer numerous times. We moved out 2 weeks ago and we're still getting harassed by companies on behalf of hunters contacting us for boiler services. We don't work for hunters. Do your own work you lazy pests. We've now had to raise a dispute as they're withholding our deposit even though we left the property how it was stated in the check out list. The property is damaged from mould just like a lot of our belongings due to the property being unfit for residency. Never use this company whether you're looking to sell your property or looking to rent a property. They'll just try and steal your deposit. Luckily it's with tds and we can dispute it through them which we will be doing. We're not going to let these rats get their cheese without a fight.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
