They have always been very helpful and efficient. I was worried at first as they were not local to the property I let through them but I literally can not find fault with the service I have received since taking them on as my letting agent, something I can not say about the previous letting agency I used to use before changing over.

We have been so happy using Stanford Grey to manage our properties. I was apprehensive to start with and didn't think someone else would care about our property as much as us, so liked to stay in control, but I can say that 100% Jayne does and now we can relax more knowing our properties are save and with someone we trust. Being a small company you are dealing with the owners of the company and this really does make a difference, they really care as it's their reputation and we know that Jayne is available for us and our tenants 24/7 and has never let us down

I've got 3 properties rented through Stanford Grey and I think I've been with them for about 10 years now. I've tried many other agents before but they are the best and I wouldn't consider changing and using any other agent. They provide real personal service, have also found good quality tenants and the rent is always paid to me on time or early. The service Jayne has provided has been outstanding, repairs are dealt with promptly and she's always kept me informed. I would recommend Stanford Grey to anyone wanting to let out a property.

I chose to instruct Stanford Grey to let my property after meeting with a few agents in the local area. As a first time landlord I was a bit anxious and Jayne really took the time to explain my obligations as a landlord, the legislations and, more importantly, how she would be taking care of all of that! Ended up having an in-depth conversation about the pro's and con's of a choice of potential tenants she found for us after doing some viewings, leading to a smooth moving in of our chosen couple - so we feel we've definitely made the right choice!

We contacted Stanford Grey in the first instance to find a studio flat for our son. Jayne was extremely helpful from the outset and it wasn't long before she had secured him a property. A short while afterwards we decided to rent out our family home in Crawley and asked Jayne if she would manage the letting for us. She was extremely professional throughout the process, which ran very smoothly. The house was accurately presented on Standford Grey's website and Jayne conducted several viewings which resulted in acquiring tenants almost immediately. We would definitely recommend Stanford Grey, and particularly Jayne, if you are looking for rental property or planning to become landlords yourselves.

Jayne helped us find our new home.
We went on several viewings with Jayne she was very easy to deal with. She was always on time, very efficient and she helped with various questions both before and after we found our place.
We struggled quite a bit to find somewhere to live and experienced several agents not getting back to us, I assumed that once they had got a tenant there was no need to contact us or keep us in the loop. This left us more frustrated balancing viewings, offers and not knowing what was going on.
Finding Jayne was a breath of fresh air. Once she found us a place and secured it for us, she also helped me with various questions on meter readings etc and contacted the previous tenant to find out who the previous tenant used for broadband, TV, Gas and electric.
Its good to deal with someone who is both easy going and also professional and experienced and what they do.

I have used Stanford Grey several times now and have always found them very professional and a please to deal with.
Jayne is fantastic and so helpful, and unlike most agents I have dealt with in the past she is always available and if she's not she will always call me back within 10 minutes and have all the answers I need.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
In light of our commitment to customer service, and in accordance with the guidelines of our membership with NALS and The Property Ombudsman, we are pleased to offer the following official complaints procedure; If you have a complaint, which has not been satisfied at local office please, please follow the procedure set out below; 1. Jayne Roberts, Company Director, has been appointed to deal with complaints and you should write to her marking you letter Private & Confidential at the following address: Stanford Grey, Unit 60, Basepoint, Metcalf Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH11 7XX or email jayne@stanfordgrey.co.uk 2. Whilst every effort would be made to satisfy your complaint orally, investigations into each matter, possibly including several individuals, do require that complaints are made in writing in order that a full reply can be made. Stanford Grey will always try to satisfy your complaint directly and as efficiently as possible. 3. Upon receipt of your written summary of the complaint, we will contact you within three working days to acknowledge receipt and inform you of our understanding of your complaint. You will be given the opportunity to respond with any additional comments you may have in relation to this. 4. Within seven days of receipt of your written summary, you will be written to by the person dealing with your complaint and what actions have been or will be taken in order to resolve it. 5. If during the intervening period negotiations follow to try and resolve the complaint then the seven day period for a final reply can be extended by mutual written agreement. 6. Stanford Grey are members of the Property Ombudsman and should we be unable to satisfy your complaint you are then able to contact them directly for arbitration only once this complaints procedure has been exhausted. This is a free to use service, and Stanford Grey must abide by their decision.
