Selling property when you're some distance from it is always a challenge.

The property in question was sold due to a bereavement. Dealing with Oulsnams was a confidence-inspiring. Sally-Anne managed our sale and there wasn't a moment the we were left without prompt updates and sometimes just a single line mail to let you know she was on top of it - it's so much better than a void where you wonder what's going on.

To sum up, from start to finish Sally-Ann and Oulsnam's have been nothing but professional throughout the process.

They have the long experience in the region and it shows. Fees were very reasonable too.

Based on my experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
