Overall a good experience, Hester was particularly helpful and efficient in chasing solicitors and moving our whole process along and she was really nice to deal with. Sam was lovely showing us around the property initially as well and was helpful on completion day. The only downside to our experience is the blind bid system which we feel is unnecessarily stressful as a way of selling properties, it is off putting to the buyers.
