Allen Goldstein's property manager Abisoye is a highly efficient official who tackles property issues and problems quickly, he is willing to go the extra mile with service providers in order to get value for money for his client. So far maintenance Issues reported have always been dealt with quickly and hid communication has always been solid and professional.
I have been more than impressed with the load he has taken on he recently met the contractors at the property as I was stuck at work! He informed me at all steps what was happening and made sure we got working dishwasher in as quickly as possible.

DO NOT BE A TENANT WITH THIS COMPANY. awful, lied to us at the start of the tenancy and fulfilled barely any of our requests (breached contract from the start) including cleaning the house (it was filthy when we moved in and they refused to clean it), tried to steal our entire deposit and ruin our reference for absolutely no reason at the end of the tenancy, alongside being completely useless and rude regarding repairs and anything we needed throughout our tenancy. AVOID.

However reading the contents of your feedback we can only come to think of one issue which we had with a previous tenant who has been leaving numerous reviews throughout the entire tenancy. Please note that all deposits are registered and your are given that Certifificate at the start of the tenancy , any disputes with the deposit is then taken up with the Deposit Scheme if both Landlord and Tenant cannot come to an agreement , we do not interfere in this process as the dispute is between the Landlord and Tenant. We always put our clients first and this reflected on our establishment of over 10 years and also 100,s of reviews which are positive. References are given honestly and accuratly to any third parties that have requested that on your behalf.

I have worked as landlord with small portfolio with the lettings team at Allen Goldstein.
The work conducted by the team lead by Ben Adams has been great. Helping assessing the market, being realistic on whats needed, and generally you feel as a partner rather than using a service. I have known nothing but 100% integrity and transparency and couldn't expect any more. I couldn't speak more highly of a straightforward, honest team !

Bilat and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering using them. They are highly responsive, very efficient, and extremely affable. They have been very kind to me, helping me through a difficult couple of months and doing everything they can, including shouldering the cost as well as overseeing the refurbishment of my outdated flat when I was left slightly in the lurch by the previous tenant during lockdown – not the best time to be trying to find new tenants! They have worked tenaciously to get it rented out for me again, which they now have, and I can't thank them enough.

The property had previously stood empty on the market for months.
