worst estate agents l have dealt with...they ring two or three times a day and harras you for putting the property on with them saying they have lots of buyers for your type of property. reality is when you sign up the don't ,you end up waiting in for customers who don't show, estate agents who are late and you end up taking them around. Next, no more viewings after 4 days and no more phone calls from the agents. Put it on with another agent and sold full price in 48 hrs... DON'T use them or you will be disappointed

It was unfortunately out of our control that one of our viewers cancelled at the last minute and there was clearly some confusion over whether we were to attend a subsequent viewing. We are absolutely confident that we would have sold your property, given a little more time, but sadly this was not to be. We understand that in fact the next agent marketed your property for 4 months without success, and it was 2 years later that you ultimately moved with a third agent. Nevertheless, we apologise for clearly not meeting our usual high standards; we hope that you are now very happy in your new home and wish you the very best for the future.

Not only did he find me the right buyers, that also suited my situation, he put up with me getting stressed, not understanding and sorted everything out for me, even down to the property I was buying !! If I needed help he had already made the call to the relevant person/company !! The process was so much easier having someone that knew what they were doing !! Believe me I can be hard to please !!

No one likes the whole buying and selling process, its stressful, expensive and tiring. So after losing a buyer with another agent (who were good too!) we decided to try to sell through Mansells as we were buying a property through them. To start with the photos and description of our property were superb. A professional photographer visited our house and got the best out of all the rooms.
Once this sale pack had been published online we started to receive enquiries and it wasn't long when we go our 1st offer. (which we accepted)
The whole Crawley team were great but Jamie (who was my main point of contact) was professional even when the going got tough!, He kept me updated at all times and was honest even when things weren't progressing as well as we would like. I suspect no house purchase is going to be straight forward so choosing the right agent
the really important. I would definitely recommend using Mansells and would request Jamie in particular. However now we have our dream home i don't think I will be looking to sell anytime soon! ;)

Mansell McTaggert acted for us in the sale of 5 Highwood Park and also for the purchase of our new home (Cuckfield branch). We found them to be courteous and helpful throughout. Our previous home sold after one viewing, certainly could not fault that! Our only problem was with the firm of solicitors recommended by MM which did cause problems at exchange and completion. However, this ended in a satisfactory outcome once the problems were highlighted. My only criticism of MM would be not following up post completion, call me old school but I do think a thank you letter following payment of their fee would have been appreciated. Saying that, I would recommend this property company.

We had an open day so one hit of viewings over in one go and within a couple of hours had an offer! 3 days later we settled on a buyer, and from then on it was a smooth ride.
I would highly recommend this company to either buy or sell through - a stress free experience.

We recently purchased a home in Maidenbower via the Mansell McTaggart - Crawley branch and we have never experienced such an awkward and slow team of people to deal with. Between ourselves, our solicitor and our estate agent (in Weybridge) we managed after weeks of trying to secure exchange and completion on the property to master the entire process ourselves with minimal assistance from Mansell McTaggart. You would think they did not want the business, they offered no communication to us, we had to make daily calls, sometimes 2-3 calls each day to push things along. The manager Julian is a complete waste of space, verging on incompetent with absolutely zero insight to his client's needs. Perhaps a review of this branch with some performance management steps would not go amiss. They seems to be asleep whilst the rest of the world is bending over backwards to maintain a strong customer network in these current times. We will not use Mansell McTaggart again for any sale or purchase and most definately would not be recommending them to anyone.
