I have been dealing with O’Connor Bowden for a number of years. They are excellent. I have a very good working relationship with Alison O’Connor who provides a very professional and personal service. Nothing is too much trouble and I always get the attention to detail on any issue I raise. My experience with all the staff I deal with has been extremely positive. I’m grateful to them for the standard of service I receive. Would easily recommend without reservation.

Having to find , and sort an apartment in Manchester city centre at the last minute for my daughter who decided to her masters, was an overwhelming nightmare until I found Jordan at O'connor Bowden. She was so helpful and friendly, and replied instantly, making everything so easy. Mt daughter was overseas whilst I was sorting g this, and yet Jordan found time to explain everything to both of us. No query was left un answered. The whole team there have made this move so easy, Emma has been wonderful sorting g the actual moving day and my daughter is now in her new apartment. Thank you to everyone at your office who helped a frazzled mum get sorted!!!!

Emma Knight has made my renting experience an absolute pleasure! And as many people know, moving in and out of a rental property is not easy.
Emma is extremely responsive, efficient and helpful when it comes to general queries, financial queries and even incidences (that naturally occur in life!). She goes the extra mile and out of her way to help support - she could of easily said some of my queries / worries did not sit with her. Instead she took extra measures to support me and the person I was renting with.
I'm so grateful for Emma's support and I can't sing her praises enough. My moving out process would have been difficult without her.

I have been renting my apartment through O'connor Bowden as a tenant in the same property for the last 4 years, as a first time solo renter everything has been smooth and plain sailing, from the viewing, to collecting the keys, to moving in, everything has been wonderful. I've had next to no issues and any minor issues have been dealt with efficiently and professionally. Any questions I had were greeted warmly and solved straight away. Michael has always been very professional, from showing me around the property and then again when doing an inspection a couple of years later. Jodie is an absolutely fantastic assest to the team, she goes above and beyond to help, you can really tell she cares, she is warm, friendly and she has always put my mind at ease and I know I can reach out to her without hesitation if any issues arise in the future. Highly recommended.
