Charlotte Way has been amazing in sorting out a replacement fridge-freezer under a British Gas Homecare insurance policy. In the end it took 5 months for BG to finally replace the appliance. Charlotte Way has been amazing in sorting out a replacement fridge-freezer under a British Gas Homecare insurance policy. In the end it took 5 months for BG to finally replace the appliance. After months of British Gas promising replacement parts that never turned up, Charlotte took it under her wing and managed to get a new appliance ordered and installed within a few weeks, when I would probably have given up in exasperation. Plus she managed to get a written apology from British Gas and �200 compensation for having to wait so long. Great work!
