I've used David Cliff as a landlord since March 2022. Since then, I've had two late rent payments as a result of the finance team not issuing payments at the right time. Most recently, in August 2022, I received my rent payment 8 days late due to "staff holidays". Badly organised, and poor leadership - nobody knows what's going on.

Aug 22, 2022Hi Lynden, Thank you for your comments. Your first late payment, several months ago, was actually due to a Bank Holiday but sorry for the stress caused. This second event has been explained to you and compensation offered by way of an apology, regretfully out of 300 clients yours was the only payment delayed but again this is unacceptable. We wish you all the best in the future.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). AVOID. I went for the fully managed letting service. They placed unsuitable, anti-social, nuisance tenants in my property, who made the neighbours lives a misery.
