Sold my house with Linthwaite branch. Very professional service from start to finish. Leanne did the initial valuation and was both friendly and efficient. Explaining the whole process in great detail. I had 2 other valuations from local estate agents and Leanne was by far the most professional. Throughout the viewing stage right up to the completion Nicola was also very professional and easy to talk to. Kept me informed all the time of where we were up to and what needed to happen. A very friendly and approachable team who are very knowledgeable about the local area and professional in their approach. I would highly recommend this branch and their staff to anyone who is thinking of selling their house in this area.

Charlotte tried to keep us in the loop even though she was occasionally dealing with things outside her control such as our buyers solicitor having no sense of urgency. Would recommend Ryder & Dutton

The Huddersfield branch did not take any notice whatsoever regarding our property search requirements. We were specific about where we wanted to be and also where we didn't want to be. They were told our max budget and we're sent properties in, not only, the areas we didn't want were also up to £50k over budget. All of those that were in requested areas didn't meet our requirements.
We have also requested, on 3 occasions, that we be removed from their mailing list and that all data held be deleted. This has also not been auctioned as we have received a call from them regarding a viewing requested several weeks ago and yet had viewings on property requested recently.
All in all the experience with Ryder & Dutton has been terrible to say the least.

They advised in a professional manner, but were so kind and understanding at the same time. Professional and put us at ease about the selling process. Photos were taken and the were excellent. Property description was excellent too.
Viewings were well organised.
Sale agreed with guidance from Leanne for which we were grateful.
After sales advice and guidance has been brilliant from not just Leanne but also her colleague Charlotte. Together Charlotte and Leanne have both been professional and really helpful and we would recommend them to anybody selling their home.

The large majority of our dealings with Ryder Dutton have been via Charlotte. The seller has not been very helpful and quite challenging at times, however Charlotte has remained professional and helpful as she can. Although we were at times not able to get access to the property, and completion day had a number of issues with the Sellers moving out late, this was not due to the RD staff who tried their best. The local agents answered phone calls and responded to emails quickly. They also tried to address issues raised even if the seller was pushing back. I thanks Charlotte for her efforts and service, and hope she has some easier clients in the new year.

I just wanted to say how impressed I have been with the experience I encountered using Ryder and Dutton in Linthwaite.
On getting my valuation, I engaged with a number of agents, and Leanne and Charlotte stood out because they were extremely professional, prepared, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely keen to sell my house. They were approachable and incredibly enthusiastic, and drew on their wealth of experience to find novel approaches to encourage viewings.
Although I have taken my property off the market for a few months, I definitely will use the services of Leanne and Charlotte again next year!

From day one Leanne was enthusiastic and passionate about selling my property. During the viewing etc she could not do enough for me.
