Genuinely the easiest letting and signing process I’ve had with any property! Everyone we spoke to was super friendly and helpful. The standout for me was how easy to read and clear the signing process and tenancy forms were, everything was broken down and simple to understand. I would sign for a property through these guys again in a heartbeat!

Bradley Davis of Homewood Homes was our agent when we rented a flat out for two years from 2021 to 2023. He also acted as the project manager for a substantial refurbishment of the flat before we rented it out. His selection and management of the trades people who worked on the flat, his recommendations for suppliers of appliances, and his management of the tenants were all excellent, as were his attention to detail and rapid responsiveness to our queries. We would certainly return to Homewood Homes if we rent the property out again.

Our experience with Homewood Homes has been great and we would definitely recommend this estate agent. Unlike other estate agents, Homewood Homes got to know us personally and were invested in finding properties that facilitated our wants and needs. Additionally, they work with Landlord’s that are fair with their prices and do not encourage bidding wars between potential tenants. Bradley at Homewood Homes has been very knowledgeable and accommodating during our property search. Fees applying to all new tenancies from 1st June 2019 We may charge a tenant any or all of the following when required: the rent, a security deposit with a maximum of 5 weeks rent, or 6 weeks on a property with rent over £50,000 per year; a holding deposit of no more than one weeks’ rent; default fee for late payment of rent (after 14 days); reasonable charges for lost keys or security fobs; payments associated with contract variation, at £50 or reasonable costs incurred if higher, when requested by the tenant; payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant; The Agent’s fees for these services are as follows: Tenant Finders Fee - 10% + VAT of the per annum rental Contract Fee - £150.00 + VAT Inventory and Schedule of Condition + Check In of Tenants - £195.00 + VAT Check Out - £95.00 + VAT and payments in respect of bills - utilities, communication services, TV licence, council tax and green deal or other energy efficiency charges.
