He maintained constant contact with all parties, ensuring we all knew where we were every step of the way. And, despite the unprecedented volume of house sales, with everyone in the industry being overworked, he still managed to take us from initial posting of the property, to exchange in just 10 weeks. We are very satisfied customers and cannot recommend him highly enough!

After buying a flat at Spire View Salisbury, we just wanted to thank David for his very attentive and informative service showing us the 2 bed flat several times. He went much further than would be expected in helping my elderly cousin decide on purchasing this flat and then was invaluable in ensuring everything went smoothly for the conveyancing and move during this very difficult Covid restricted period (Sept 2020 to Jan 2021). He recommended some very good local solicitors, services and contractors to help at every stage. Searched for a property in Salisbury and we found Hardings Estate Agents.
Met David there and was an instant like to the Gentleman. Great Sale skills with the communication but not only that, he was more interesting in how we felt about the property and did not push us into anything ( Not like some ).
Seemed to be more concerned about his clients than selling.
That to me is a good honest person.
Once we chose the house, David wanted to make sure we was 100% sure.
He also helped us all the way with the Solicitors and Builders to make sure everything went as smooth as can be.
Hardings Estate agents I would 100% recommend.
If you ever want to either sell or buy the I would go to see David at Harding's

After 6 months with 3 different local agents and nothing happening, David Thompson of Hardings was introduced to us coming highly recommended.
David came to us like a breath of fresh air to work out a plan of action and a promise to get us moved by the end of summer (promise fulfilled)
He has been so helpful in all aspects of our sale which came within 8 weeks as promised. We felt really supported. At all times he was proactive in following up potential buyers, keeping us well informed all the way through the sale and progress of the transaction up to completion, contacting solicitors and chasing up and down the chain.
We very much recommend Hardings as a 5***** trustworthy and effective estate agency
