We chose King's at Borough Green to sell my mothers house (under probate) as Jonathan was the most understanding and clear of all the Agents we tried. He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through. Karen was brilliant at communication and chasing down the chain to see what was occurring - am sure we would not achieved a successful sale without her. In summary, I would recommend the whole team at King's.

A further complication was when we repatriated to Australia and even with the distance and added complexity his team was simply fantastic. Excellent agent to deal with. All staff are great. Efficient, Communication is excellent. They think about what you need and actually sold me a house I wouldn't have normally looked at ! From start to finish Kings were amazing, and we had accepted an offer on our house within 2-3 weeks. On Friday 11 June we completed the purchase of our house in Mereworth and we were impressed by the support from the selling agent, Kings in Borough Green.
