It was clear from the start that working with Salter Rex would be a positive experience, as they never pushed other properties beyond my budget or in areas I wasn't interested in.
Following a second viewing, Graham promptly addressed all of my questions and expertly managed the entire sale process. His efforts facilitated a smooth, simultaneous exchange and completion, skillfully resolving several potential issues that could have caused delays. He was proactive in clearing any bottlenecks and maintained excellent communication with myself and the vendor, supporting both parties throughout.
