We received excellent service throughout the buying process. The property viewing was speedily arranged followed by a second viewing leading to an accepted offer. Manning Stainton staff in particular Elizabeth made the whole process of identification etc go very fast. Property viewing Thursday and introduction to the moving department plus notification of sale by the Tuesday. We would thoroughly recommend their services to everyone.

I have sold my house through Manning Stainton Rothwell and they have been amazing. James came out to value our home and had a wealth of knowledge about the market and the local area and we knew they were the right agent to get the best price for our home. The photos looked great and James was always on hand to answer any questions we had. Once our house was live, Elizabeth was fantastic. She was great with getting viewings booked in and negotiated a great offer for us. Both of them have been super attentive, polite and professional throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell!
