We have been tenants for 4 years and the experience has been quite pleasant. There were some misunderstandings with the agent towards the end of the tenancy however Fleur Conway went out of her way to put things right. She exceeded our expectations and we are grateful for having her as our landlady. She's been helpful throughout and we wish her the very best with her new tenants.

We have been renting with DaBora Conway for around six months now and have been very happy with the experience. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the application process and accommodated our needs. The flat was in a very good state and spotlessly clean when we moved in and was exactly as advertised. After bad encounters with too many letting agents who do not look after their tenants, we have really appreciated DaBora Conway's services!

I have just exchanged contract. During the process Anthony and Jamie were very quick to answer my questions and explain things to me. They also did very well in checking on the solicitors.
I have lived in 3 continents, Asia, America, Europe and now UK. The process here surprised me most, in that a 1-week long process in some countries with more legal protection turns into a 2-month+ one here.
Note that I only viewed 1 property and bought it.
1. Anthony and Jamie are very professional, even with the pandemic situation. I have checked on 2 other agents on the same street. 1 was not open, although very kind during the phone call, no one get back to me with more info as promised. Pass. I don't do business with such (surprisingly 3 solicitors did the same). 1 was fully open with 5 or 6 people sitting very close every day but told me "we are not open yet".
2. I viewed the property twice with Jamie. Jamie did a good job for the seller, in terms of salesmanship (some white lies is how each country works) and price negotiation. Yes you want to maximize your benefit as a buyer, but when you cannot be objective it is more dangerous in such a big transaction. The important thing is whether they can provide the important and relevant info, after you asked.
3. Anthony has a very good understanding about the Wanstead region and neighborhood. In this business I bet you need someone has a deep root in any office.
While waiting to get my keys I wish them a continuous and successful business. What more is to keep up with the attitude, effort, and have consistency with all kinds of clients.

Anthony and Jamie were absolutely faultless from start to finish and sold our house for £150,000 more than the asking prices Foxtons and Haart suggested. We put it on the market on Monday had 22 viewings the following Saturday and accepted an above asking price offer on the Tuesday. That was largely down to the photos Anthony took, which were incredible. Jamie was brilliant on the viewings he really understood all the selling points of the house. I literally can't recommend them highly enough.
