We have just sold our lovely house in Great Witley thanks to the wonderful service from the team at R J Country Homes. We sold and completed within 7 weeks which was very impressive added to which R J recommended a barn conversion in Clent which had just come back on the market and perfectly suited our requirements.
Special mention to the lovely Rebecca who sold us the Great Witley house originally and to Joanna who looked after us throughout the sales/purchase process and to Jane who was always on the end of the office phone.

I'm pleased to recommend R J Country Homes based on the service I received.
The sale of my house was extremely stressful due to legal issues and issues within the chain. Jane and her team worked proactively to chase blockages and deal with issues as they arose.
Jane was always a pleasure to speak to and remained calm throughout. She has a good sense of humour which helped at some of the more bleak points in the property sale!

This company lied and lied regarding a new build I was purchasing stating it would be ready in June, then July, to this day not a brick has been laid yet they would tell me “progress is going well”. They let me carry on with searches, solicitors etc knowing full well something was wrong. Immoral.

If I could give zero stars I would. Please do not use this company. Check trust pilot for more accurate ratings regarding this company. They lie, cheat and will do anything to line their own pockets. This company lied and lied regarding a new build I was purchasing stating it would be ready in June, then July, to this day not a brick has been laid yet they would tell me “progress is going well”. They let me carry on with searches, solicitors etc knowing full well something was wrong. Immoral.
I was also selling through RJ country homes and due to all the hassle I decided to leave, and the fact that sit and just wait for calls to come in via rightmove whilst sipping wine (yes, that's where all your kept deposits and so say admin fees)
They are now claiming I have a 20 week contract, when clearly it's 12 and they won't allow me to advertise my house with anyone else until October. They are also trying to charge me £300 plus vat for cancelling, and sending me cut and paste bodges which is not from my contract. This company does not know the estate agents code of conduct and practices and are extremely corrupt. Trading standards and the property ombudsman are thankfully looking into this for me.
Trust me, these 5 star feedbacks are clearly not accurate.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
