Excellent service and great no nonsense advice throughout. Ann Rimmington was extremely helpful in getting my purchase over the line in a much faster time frame as I had sold my property (also through Manning Stainton) almost 2 months prior to finding my next home and had to move very quickly and although the pressure was on I got helpful support and advice. Office hours are good so you get to speak to someone who knows exactly what is happening with your sale and purchase rather than a different person each time. I have moved a few times in the last five years and used a few agents but these were by far the most helpful and knew exactly what the status was when it came to viewings and offers so never had to repeat myself over and over like with the others. Very satisfied and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

However once our sale started moving we were assigned Ann Rimmington as our move manager who was absolutely wonderful, as things became very stressful towards the end Ann was the voice of calm and reason, we can't thank her enough.

Examples are wide range media coverage on many sites, which other agents did not provide. I site this as the house purchases who bought the property are from southern England and initially found the property on a web site which Manning Stanton use. Yes so I would recommend them totally.. the whole team kept us fully informed at every stage.. ONCE AGAIN THANKS EVERONE

Manning Stainton's service was great. Became, for me, a go to person even though Ann wasn’t acting on my behalf. Ann became a trusted advisor and helped in, what felt like, ‘knitting fog’ at times.
Appropriate and timely communication
Calming & understanding in sometimes very challenging circumstances
Does what she says she will do at the time/date agreed (this is very rare in any business)
Would I recommend Ann? Absolutely. A credit to Mannings in my opinion.

If you’re ever considering selling your home and think estate agents fees are not value for money, think again! I can honestly say Manning and Stainton negotiated my selling price and achieved over and above what we thought we might achieve. If you have sold or bought a house with a complex chain you’ll know how stressful this can be. The whole team at Manning and Stainton were faultless however Ann Rimmington who was our sales manager is worthy of an individual thank you as she handled everything for us, chasing buyers, solicitors and providing weekly updates. Ann is a credit to M&S and I cannot thank her enough for all the hard work she put in. Worth every penny and highly recommended would definitely use again, not that I’m planning on moving again!
