The whole team at Belhus were lovely! I called a few times so I got to speak to everyone and they all remembered me personally, which I thought was lovely and added a personal touch to the experience!

We both really enjoyed our time at number 24 and felt well looked after by the Belhus staff who responded quickly to any concerns raised over maintenance issues over the 6 years and eight months of the tenancy.
The rent was very reasonable , especially when considering the difficult economic climate and good notice given of any changes.
It's a difficult task to being an intermediary between landlord and tenant but this seemed to be handled with fairness and equity and diplomacy towards both parties from the Belhus team . Thank you all very much.

Belhus were brilliant. The got us in within 2 weeks which was far quicker than anybody else we had spoken to.
Pauline looked after us really well. She checked in with us and made sure we knew what we needed to do and helped with anything we didn’t.
She made the whole process so simple and met us at the property on moving day to hand over the keys.
We have now been here 5 weeks and she is always on hand to answer any questions of deal with any queries we have.

The team at Belhus Properties have looked after my rental house for many years now. We have never had any issues with the tenants they have found. They are very thorough with their referencing, they don't just tick the boxes they get to know the prospective tenants. Any problems with the property are soon sorted by the team of trades they work with. We had used a few agency previously but have stayed with Belhus because they care.
