Brilliant when accepting the property and going through referencing stage. But after that, absolutely shocking. No wonder they give you a care package, I thought as soon as I received it, it was a gift to butter us up. How right I was. They like to lie, I will never use this company again. Very dishonest. Avoid at all costs, seriously not worth it. I would give no stars if I could. Branch manager Joanne Cohen is a horrible condescending piece of work also. Would also like to add. Upon moving into the property, I noticed how scruffy it was. Pubes on the bathroom tiles, skid marks in the toilet. A massive streak of dirt on the carpet. Oven thick with grease. I could go on. There are much better letting agencies in Ashton. Please do not use these cowboys.

May 18, 2023Hi Martina thank you for your comment however a little unfair as you have failed to advise that you breached your 6 month tenancy agreement by leaving the property early and not paying the rent. When you moved into the property none of the issues you have raised in your comment were ever reported to Belvoir, if they had been reported the issues would have been addressed. If you are going to leave a comment it is only fair to put both sides of the story down both myself and my colleagues have been more than fair with you.

I had been searching for a property for the past month found nothing so i contacted Belvoir Ashton spoke to Laura viewed the apt on the Monday paid holding fee went through referencing which was so quick an easy moved into the property yesterday all i can say is fantastic service

I would not give belvoir Ashton one star. They are a disgrace. Whilst we are in a recession after a pandemic they are asking tenants for 10% rent increase. Surely this is not legal? Nothing surprises me, how are they still open , worst letting agency I have ever dealt with... Read Full Review

Whilst we are in a recession after a pandemic they are asking tenants for 10% rent increase. Surely this is not legal?
Nothing surprises me, how are they still open , worst letting agency I have ever dealt with .

Belvior Ashton are simply awful. Slow, or in some cases, no response. Was told before moving in work was going to be done on the property - it wasn't. What agent could do to change your mind?
Respond!! That is all we ever really wanted. I understand sometimes you are waiting for information or a response from someone but keep us up to date! Not ignore us for a week and then conveniently have the answer when you get an angry phone call from us. That's the most frustrating part.

Belvior Ashton are simply awful. Slow, or in some cases, no response. Was told before moving in work was going to be done on the property - it wasn't. The house was a state when we moved in but we were assured it would be professionally cleaned. It wasn't. I can only assume they took a large chunk of the previous tenant's deposit and kept it for themselves as no improvements were ever made. Now waiting impatiently to get deposit back. Sent numerous emails, no response. Absolute joke. One of the worst I've ever dealt with, and that includes an agency that took 3 months to fix my toilet!! Awful.
