The valuation & photographs for the sale were done promptly. We had lots of viewings very quickly & offers within a week of it hitting the market. Jayne was helpful & really good at keeping us informed throughout the process. The only niggle we had was with the person who showed people around the house. He turned up with minutes to spare before the first viewing . The people were already waiting outside the house. He hadn’t seen the house before & we had to rush to tell him some unique selling points of the house which he dismissed & said that people don’t want to know that.
