When we went with Angelika from Benjamin Steven’s people asked us why we weren’t going with one of the well known local estate agents. What Angelika offers is so much more personal and we just got a really good feeling when we met her and we’re so glad we trusted our instincts! First Class Service!
As the purchaser, I was not expecting to have much dealings with the Agent. Well, I was very much mistaken! This was my 4th property purchase, but I have never come across an agent who worked as hard, or who goes above and beyond as Angelika did. She made sure she kept the process flowing as best as she could and whenever there were any hiccups along the way, she would look to help either myself or the seller resolve the matter in order to keep things moving. She communicated with my solicitor and kept me up to date whenever things got quiet. I will most certainly be enlisting the services on my next sale or purchase.
