Rude, argumentative and castle estates aka Ashbury residential have the most confrontational staff, their thuggish attitude is designed to put you off asking for work to be done. They lied about certifications for a job. Was spoken to like an animal, on more than one occasion. Company caught false advertising by regulatory body. High overvalued rents get that keeping pushed up, you wait months/years for a work to be done, emergencies, even extreme fire hazards, are dealt with whenever they can be bothered. No concern for health of client. Strongly recommend against using these awful cowboys, especially if you've children. They see you as cattle to be milked for money.
