SIMPLY AWFUL-AVOID!!!!… If it was a possible option scoring would be less than zero!! The worst student letting experience ever - appalling communication do NOT reply to anything in writing and do NOT return telephone calls. The lack of response to issues regarding the property continued for the entire 12 months tenancy -this company let a disgusting dirty property that was allegedly professionally cleaned at the start of tenancy . When departing the property it was left significantly cleaner however charging £398 for dilapidation cleaning costs!!! Mould on internal walls which spread to clothes and belongings took 5 months to be dealt with by applying emulsion to affected walls . The house contained Damaged carpets furniture and broken fridge with filthy blinds and exposed electrical wires from supposed light fittings. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS AGENT AS A TENANT THEY ARE SIMPLY NOT INTERESTED - AWFUL !!!!!
