Joe helped me find my dream flat and made the process easy! I explained to him what I was looking for and after showing me one flat which wasn’t to my taste, he quickly recommended another which was the one for me. After having dealt with many agonising agents from different agencies in the past, it was refreshing to have Joe’s help and I can not fault him! He had my best interests at heart and was patient with helping me every step of the way in securing the tenancy agreement. Can not praise him enough. Thank you Joe!

I must sincerely commend the entire team of Belvoir (Swansea-Marina) who from the beginning of our interest to rent an apartment were very professional in conducting the inspection (viewing).
Secondly, while we had moved in and had a couple of issues with the property, the offered helpful advice and encouragement until the end of our tenement.
Finally, I like to specifically appreciate Gina and Julie, who were very instrumental to the process and procedure of recovering our initial deposit, as everything was acted professionally and timely.

Great experience with this letting company, after losing a property purchase on day of exchange we decided to rent for a bit. We moved from Sussex to Wales and Belvoir helped us through this difficult time. All the checks were done quickly and the communication was excellent. The bit that shone for me was when we collected the keys. Normally completed in the office, I said that I would have just driven five hours, have a trailer and two dogs in the car, Arwell said he would meet me at the property instead of the office. This was perfect, just what I wanted to hear. A massive thank you from me.

Vicki and the rest of the team were always in communication and supportive whilst we made decisions and sold my parents in law's property. We had timely updates, and they were there for us right up to the sale.
