As a landlord who lives in a different country, I rely on my Estate Agent to manage my property and be my representative with my tenants. I expect my Estate Agent to be responsive to my tenants' needs and inform me as soon as possible. In total, I have used DBK as my Estate Agents for more than 16 years.
I recently had a change of tenants, which went very smoothly. My Lettings Manager, Aman, ensured there was less than a week between one tenant leaving and the next one taking up residence. A few unforeseen maintenance issues have arisen which were brought to my attention in a timely manner. With my approval, they were resolved very quickly to my tenant's satisfaction by my very competent Property Manager, Harkirat.
I am happy with using DBK as my Estate Agents, and I receive great service from Aman, Harkirat, Jazz, Taran, Bibek and other members of the DBK Lettings Team.
