With very little knowledge of the buying process in the UK, I could only rely on a few stories of people around me, who didn't have anything good to say about the agents involved in their buying process. I was not expecting the agency's role to go beyond letting me inside the flat to show me around. It was therefore a great surprise to see how involved the agents working on the sale were. Rosalie has been amazing, chasing the different parties, keeping me updated and giving the precious pieces of information I needed. She took away a great deal of stress from me with her hard work, I can't thank her enough!

We had one sale fall through on exchange but second time round the sale has gone through! Throughout the process the team have communicated efficiently and effectively with me as a vendor and the buyer and both sets of solicitors. I rented a property managed by Oliver Jaques over an 18 month period and could not fault them at all. Serkan managed the initial negotiation and moving in process very well and was always so easy to communicate with, throughout the tenancy he was always on hand to support with anything needed and very personable. I had a few minor issues in the property during the tenancy and Erika was so helpful and responsive dealing with all of these, she was happy to jump on facetime to help me with heating/water heater quick fixes, and always available by call or email quickly. I never felt like I was being treated badly or the issues were being overlooked, which is often the case when renting in London. I really recommend the team and would happily rent a property managed by OJ in the future.

I think I must be there longest serving customer.
Over 25 years have been a landlord with rental properties managed by them. I think the service has been consitent and at the excellent category. Living overseas it was important for me to have confidence in the management agents. They delevered.
Just sold one property with them and been impressed with the sales team and process. Very pro active and chasing etc. and going that extra mile, which is refreshing.
No hesitation in recommending them.

Early Termination(Tenant’s Request)
