I am not sure where all these five star reviews are coming from. As a landlord I could not be less impressed at their constant price rises with little to show for it. I am always having to contact them to ask them to tidy up the area surrounding the flats and my ground rent has more than doubled since I bought the flat and then they demand additional top up fees for any other work. They are an awful company and I wish the leaseholder would find someone else to manage the flats.

I've rented various places around west London over the years and Amber & Co were by far the most professional, the friendliest and the quickest to respond. They made the whole process so easy and straightforward that I stayed with them for 5 years and only moved out to relocate. Couldn't recommend them enough. Since moving and dealing with new estate/management agents I've, unfortunately, been reminded again that not all are as professional as them.
